This policy explains what personal data we collect through rahyang.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.<\/p>\n\n<p>For anything relating to this policy or to your data, write to <a href=\"mailto:info@rahyang.com\">info@rahyang.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we collect<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>What you give us.<\/strong> When you contact us through this website, by email or by phone, we collect your name, email address, company, telephone number and whatever else you choose to tell us &mdash; typically your roasting profile, the volumes you are interested in and your shipping requirements.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What is collected automatically.<\/strong> Our website and the services we use record technical data about your visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on them, and the site or search that brought you here.<\/p>\n\n<p>We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we do not collect special categories of data such as health information or political opinions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why we use it<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To answer your enquiries and send you samples, quotations and shipping documents.<\/li><li>To manage our commercial relationship with you and meet our obligations under a contract.<\/li><li>To keep the website secure and working, and to understand how it is used so we can improve it.<\/li><li>To comply with legal, tax and customs obligations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (enquiries, samples, orders); our legitimate interest in site security, analytics and business correspondence; your consent, where it is required for non-essential cookies; and legal obligation, for accounting and export documentation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies and third-party services<\/h2>\n\n<p>This website sets cookies of its own and loads services from third parties who set cookies too. The services in use are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Google Analytics<\/strong> (Google LLC) &mdash; measures audience and how pages are used.<\/li><li><strong>Google reCAPTCHA<\/strong> (Google LLC) &mdash; protects our forms from automated abuse.<\/li><li><strong>HubSpot<\/strong> (HubSpot, Inc.) &mdash; hosts our contact forms and stores enquiries in our customer database.<\/li><li><strong>WooCommerce<\/strong> &mdash; sets cookies that record how a visitor reached the site.<\/li><li><strong>TranslatePress<\/strong> &mdash; remembers the language you chose.<\/li><li><strong>Hostinger<\/strong> &mdash; hosts the website and keeps server logs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may then stop working as intended.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who we share it with<\/h2>\n\n<p>We share your data with the service providers listed above; with our commercial partner in Spain, Bumi Beans, when your enquiry concerns supply into Europe; and with freight forwarders, customs agents and banks when a shipment or a payment requires it. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law obliges us to.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our operations are in Indonesia and the providers above are largely in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your own country. Where data from the EEA or the UK is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, which those providers include in their terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we keep it<\/h2>\n\n<p>Enquiries that do not lead to business: 24 months. Customer records: for as long as the relationship lasts and for ten years afterwards, as Indonesian and European tax and customs rules require. Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, ask for it in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you gave us. Write to <a href=\"mailto:info@rahyang.com\">info@rahyang.com<\/a> and we will answer within 30 days.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority &mdash; in Spain, the Agencia Espa&ntilde;ola de Protecci&oacute;n de Datos (aepd.es). If you are in Indonesia, your rights are those set out in Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to this policy<\/h2>\n\n<p>When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page.
